Casco Bay Creamery Strawberry Butter
You can spread your love of fresh, ripe strawberries with this simple recipe:
Ingredients:
8 oz of Casco Bay Creamery Salted Butter ( 2 sticks)
1/4 cup of macerated strawberries
1/8th cup of honey
Salt to taste
Directions:

Mix butter until softened - should look like you can spread it with ease using a knife.

Gradually add the strawberries and honey while mixing.

Whip mixture for 30 - 60 seconds or until the ingredients are mixed together. Be careful not to over whip your butter or it will separate.

Add additional salt to taste if needed.
