Preheat barbecue grill to on medium high heat. Shuck corn and rinse to remove silk. Place on flat tray and coat liberally with melted Casco Bay Creamery Cilantro Lime Butter with a food brush. Add pepper to taste. Place ears of corn directly onto grill and allow each side to grill until golden brown. Rotate occasionally, brush with additional Cilantro Lime Butter during cooking, and coat lightly to finish. Corn will take approximately 20 minutes to cook.
