8 ounces of Casco Bay Creamery Salted Butter (2 sticks)
1/2 Cup wild Maine blueberries⠀
1/8 Cup of honey⠀
Salt to taste
- Mix butter until softened (it should look like you can spread it with ease using a knife.)
- Gradually add the blueberries and honey while mixing.
- Whip mixture for 30-60 seconds or until the ingredients are mixed together. Be careful not to over whip your butter or it will separate.
- Add additional salt to taste if needed.
The butter should be kept in the refrigerator and will keep for a week.
